• Find a current item on our web site and press ‘add to basket’.
• Your shopping basket will be displayed with the items you have selected together with a total price.
• After this go to the next step – registering your name and address etc.
• The next step is verification of the payer’s address and delivery address. These do not need to be the same.
• Your complete order is then shown with all items and payment and delivery address. You must mark the check box to accept.
  By marking the box you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions of business, and accept our disclaimer whereby we do not accept liability in connection with typographical errors, price changes, sold out items and mistakes in the text and pictures.
• The next step is choice of payment method- Online payment cards or eDankort where you pay via your Netbank.
• Next the payment window is opened, where the card details are entered and the order is finally given.
• On the final side you are shown a receipt for your purchases with payment and delivery details, and this will also be sent to the e-mail address stated in the order.

Warburgwalkabout® does not deduct a charge for payment with payment card
When you, the customer, choose to pay with a payment card, you are always protected against misuse. You have the opportunity to refuse a payment when you receive your account statement. You have no personal excess in the event of your card being misused in an Internet store that uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) in its payment system. In this way you are better protected than in the actual physical shopping world where you have a personal liability excess of DKK 1200 when your Dankort is misused by using your PIN code.

Data you send in connection with purchase by payment card is encrypted (SSL), and in this way it is only PBS that can read it. Neither warburgwalkabout® nor other parties are able to read the data.
The amount for the items is only debited when the items are despatched from warburgwalkabout®. It is impossible to debit an amount larger than the amount you have authorised at the time of purchase.

Delivery:
The stated prices include moms (sales tax). Shipping costs 170.00 DKK ( Post Danmark.
The company cannot be held responsible for sold out items.
The order will be executed on the next working day. Items are delivered by post.
Delivery time is 3-5 working days. Delivery time for out of stock items is 7-9 working days. You will be notified should the item not be in stock.

Withdrawal of order - Returns and refunds:
You always have 14 days right of return when you shop with warburgwalkabout®. Right of return – whereby you withdraw from your order - runs from the day you receive your item.

Right of return is only valid if the item is returned in a very similar condition and amount. Right of return becomes void if you use the item in a way that clearly reduces the sales value significantly.
When using your right of return you are responsible for payment of return postage.

You can also withdraw from the order by refusing to accept the item at the post office or by delivering it personally to the above address by prior agreement.

When you withdraw your order the purchase price is naturally repaid to you. This occurs via transfer to your bank account after we have received the item and checked that it fulfils the rules for withdrawal. It is therefore important that we receive your bank branch code and account number.

It is not a requirement, but processing will be faster if sufficient information accompanies the package – for example a copy of the order confirmation, branch code and account number for the bank account to which repayment should be made, copy of any previous correspondence etc.
Please note – we do not accept packages sent COD!

It is always a good idea to save the original packaging until you have decided whether you will keep the purchased item or not. Absence of packaging can in some cases mean that the item’s sales value is reduced, thereby preventing you using your right of withdrawal.

Right to redress:
When  you shop at www.warburgwalkabout.dk/shop you of course have 24 months right to redress, from the the date you recive the item. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, your money back or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation in question. Of course, the claim must be valid, and the defects or deficiencies must not be the result of an incorrect use of the product or other behaviour that has caused damage.

Claims must be made within reasonable time after you have discovered a defect/deficiency with the item. If a claim occurs within 2 months it will always be in time.

We refund reasonable delivery costs which you may have incurred in connection with returning the item when the complaint is justified.

Remember – always return the item in appropriate packaging and obtain a receipt for postage so we can refund your costs to you.
